Ltd. in 2014, focusing on exports in the electrical and engineering sectors. In 2021, he took a significant leap into the healthcare industry by founding Yogi Care Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd., which has since made its mark in both domestic and international markets with its pharmaceutical formulations. Mr. Dipak Kathiria has been a pivotal figure at Akshar International Pvt. Ltd, serving as the Managing Director since 2021.His rich tapestry of experience in the business realms of Gujarat and Rajasthan, especially within the food industry, has endowed him with a profound understanding of diverse market dynamics. Mr.Pankaj Katba is a seasoned professional with a master’s degree in International Business Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. With over 14 years of extensive experience in the field of international trade, he has honed his expertise in managing exports and imports. His comprehensive understanding of global trade dynamics is complemented by his proficiency in logistics and supply chain management. 1973 – MR. RAMESH KATHIRIA
In 1973, Mr. Ramesh Kathiria, the son of Bachubhai Kathiria, proudly inherited the legacy of his father’s entrepreneurial spirit by taking the reins of Patel B M & Co. in Gujarat. This marked the continuation of a journey that was synonymous with excellence and trust in the fruit trading sector. Further expanding the family’s business horizons, in 2007, Mr. Kathiria established Akshar Fruits in Rajasthan. This venture not only dealt in fruit trading but also introduced a cold storage chain in Jaipur, Rajasthan, thereby enhancing the company’s capabilities and reach in the industry.

In 1955, the foundation of our enduring legacy was laid by the esteemed Late Shri Bachubhai Kathiria with the establishment of Patel Bachubhai Meghjibhai & Company in Gujarat.
